Senior Development Manager


We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Development Manager to work in our Origination, New Business team, based in the Barangaroo Head Office.

Reporting directly into the Development Director, as the Senior Development Manager you will be part of the New Business team responsible for identifying and bidding on large scale urban regeneration opportunities.

As the Senior Development Manager, you will have an involvement in site identification, market analysis, feasibility studies, due diligence, structuring offers, preparation and presentation of investment submissions, project responsibility through to financial close and transition to the designated Business Unit. You will also be responsible for negotiating and managing third party capital partners.

For transport led development opportunities, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the development strategy and working in conjunction with Lendlease Building and Lendlease Engineering to ensure an integrated and coordinated offering to government.

A tertiary qualification in a property related field is required as is having had prior experience having worked on the front-end development/new business particularly commercial/mixed-use sectors is preferred but not essential.

You are a commercially astute professional with extensive development delivery experience of large scale mixed use inner urban development projects.

As the Senior Development Manager, you will demonstrate a passion and an understanding of the changing urban environment and the important role the ground plane environment has for an extraordinary place outcome.
