Lendlease Building is searching for a Personal Assistant to join one of our key business units, the User Experience team, based at our Barangaroo Head Office. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity, open to candidates looking for either part time or full time flexiable working arrangements.

As Personal Assistant, you will support a number of senior leaders across this business whilst being responsible to proactively gain an understanding of team priorities and commitments in order to manage diaries, organise and coordinate meetings, book travel arrangements, process expenses, and manage other general team based administration. You will also be involved in the preparation of presentations and reports, take on ad hoc tasks, as well as the organisation and management of team functions and events.
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant with a good attention to detail that is able to work comfortably within a busy team environment. You will ideally possess advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills. You will be an autonomous, organised individual, with the ability to take initiative, and build relationships across a range of stakeholders.
