Currently we have an immediate opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Manager (Telecommunications & Transport Infrastructure) to undertake a 9-month contract role. This role will see you take responsibility for the implementation of People & Culture strategy and solutions for the assigned Lendlease business, ensuring alignment to the business strategy and objectives.
As an active member of the P & C team as well as the business leadership team you will report directly into the GM People & Culture – Engineering & Services, where you will support the design and implementation of People Strategy, providing strategic HR leadership and advice. You will drive Talent, Engagement and SWP initiatives, leading change through transformation and translating talent decisions into P&L impact.
The role will see you effectively manage and deploy internal and external resources to execute people strategy and leveraging of the Strategic Business Partner Pool, Centres of Excellence (COE’s) and People Operations, collaborating to deliver best practice people solutions
To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified with Senior/Executive business partnership experience and the ability to perform at both a tactical and strategic level. Your strengths include your strong influencing, communication and partnership skills, commercial awareness combined with the ability to operate within a matrix hierarchy in a large complex corporation. You’ll possess strong leadership and program management skills, sound financial acumen, as well as being skilled in building and fostering strong business relationships with multiple Executive level stakeholders to enable change. Experience working across a Services / Consulting business in the Construction / Engineering sector will be highly regarded but not essential.
