After a recent internal move, we’re now recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to focus on EHS, Risk and Compliance. Your key focus in this role will be to identify and monitor compliance obligations of key business, commercial and regulatory requirements of the operating businesses. You’ll also coordinate reporting on performance in key areas of compliance and risk management and support the business in the implementation of its EHS strategy. You’ll be required to work in the business and on the business – getting into the detail and getting things done at the same time as building systems and processes where none exist today.

A snapshot of the role:
To be successful, you’ll have a strong operational background, within the technical services or utilities industries, and with exposure to operation within a regulated or contractual environments. Having established yourself in your career already, either as an individual contributor or a manager of a team, you’ll have sound exposure to risk, compliance and/or EHS in previous positions, preferably having experience building things from scratch. You’ll be highly organised and with great attention to detail. And will join an innovative company that values its people with highest regard.
