We’re currently looking for a professional, driven, and reliable legal executive assistant to join our high performing Retirement Living Legal team. This is a permanent position, based at our South Wharf offices in Melbourne.

In this role, you’ll support a legal team with their administrative requirements such as diary management, meeting arrangements, invoicing, travel coordination, expenses and document management. In addition to this, you’ll be kept busy by a variety of tasks such as handling enquiries on behalf of the team, drafting and amending documents including reports, presentations, letters, spreadsheets and file notes. You’ll also maintain database information, organisation charts, filing requirements and distribution lists.
To be successful, you’ll be able to demonstrate executive assistant experience in a fast-paced and busy team, where you were the reliable go to person! You would ideally have had exposure to a similar role for an in-house legal team or a law firm and have high attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage competing demands and deadlines. Excellent customer service skills with a professional manner towards both internal and external stakeholders, coupled with the ability to provide discretion as and when required is essential. Strong IT skills will also be advantageous.
