Emergency Response Attendant / Admin Assistant

We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed, customer service focused Emergency Response Attendant (ERA) / Administrative Assistant to provide friendly and efficient service to Village residents and visitors.

Working on a part time basis (each Thursday and Friday between 6am and 2pm), your role will encompass making decisions in relation to emergency call outs from residents with a professional and positive approach, in line with Lendlease standards and Resident Committee requirements. In addition to the ERA function, you will also be required to provide administrative support as or when required.

To be successful in this role you must be able to offer:

  • Previous experience working with the elderly (highly regarded)
  • General Administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Driver’s License (to travel to work location)
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)

Personally, you will need be highly organised and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and highly developed interpersonal skills. You must also have exceptional attention to detail and decision-making capabilities to cope with competing deadlines.

This opportunity would suit those currently studying Nursing or a related field.
