Customer Service Representative


We are currently seeking a self-driven and committed Customer Service Representative to join the successful sales team at our Atherstone Community. This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work required.

Atherstone will be more than a beautiful location; it will be a real community. The planned Atherstone town centre will make you feel like you are at the centre of everything with a range of new services and facilities for the area including civic, education, sporting and commercial enterprises. Atherstone is all about making the most of life, with everything you need to escape or connect including 3 new sporting fields, groups, play areas and community centres. Two primary schools are also proposed to meet the needs of the growing community.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Sales team to provide exceptional customer service to our customers at all stages of their journey to achieve project sales targets. You’ll also be asked to perform general administration duties, to ensure the smooth operation of the sales office and maintenance of customer and sales data.

You’ll be able to demonstrate strong experience in customer service, reception or administrative duties, and ideally you’ll have had previous experience the property industry. This will be complimented with a customer focused approach and attitude. Having a sales certificate and some experience with a CRM system will be highly desirable for this role but not necessary.
