Lendlease Building, Applied Insight, is searching for a Consultant Social Impact, to join their Creative Solutions team, based in our Barangaroo Head Office.

As Consultant Social Impact, your primary focus will be to work with the Senior Consultant Social Impact and the broader team to provide social impact initiatives for Lendlease. This will include conducting social impact valuations, such as Social Return on Investment (SROI), Social Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and socio-economic analysis, to create social programs related to project requirements, to provide related expert advice to our project teams across the business, as well as other social impact responsibilities as required. This advice will help Lendlease understand and articulate the value created through social initiatives on our projects and bids, as aligned with Lendlease’s sustainability strategy. Through the collection and assessment of data and reports, your work may be externally assured and peer reviewed within and throughout the process and specific to project needs.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Consultant in social impact, preferably for property and construction, with a strong technical knowledge of socio-economic analysis. You will have the capability and experience in evaluating and monetising outcomes, as well as facilitating and consulting with project teams, to support the design of socially sustainable programs. You will be well versed in Social Return on Investment analysis and reporting, ideally coupled with experience in cost benefit analysis. You will have an ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams and have an ability to identify, understand and respond to consultant requirements. You will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a mindset of customer excellence.
