Workflow Coordinator

KPMG is currently seeking a Workflow Coordinator to join a large remediation project based in Rhodes. You will be employed on a full time basis on a 12 month contract with possibility of extension and be given the opportunity to grow and learn a new set of skills.

The objective of the project is to assess the financial advice and investigate client complaints and ensure they are remediated appropriately against. The Case Allocation Officer will be responsible for allocating and managing the workflow of cases to a high number of Case Assessors. 

Your major responsibilities will include:

  • Investigate, analyse and document trends to promote process improvements
  • Conduct and manage work in progress reports
  • Maintain in house trackers
  • Other ad hoc duties required to support the team and managers
  • Manage and work with people of varying levels of seniority
