Your Opportunity

The role of People Adviser at KPMG supports the Associate Director – Projects, Planning and Recruitment to deliver on our strategic objectives, reporting requirements and will support People Leadership Group (PLG) discussions and actions.

The role will have a focus on Workforce of the Future and will form an integral part of the project team.

This is a unique opportunity for HR graduates to gain insight into how HR departments operate and to contribute to the People agenda at KPMG.

HR Executive Engagement

  • Support actions and deliverables out of the People Leadership Group (PLG)
  • Assist with planning and agenda formation for executive meetings
  • Gather action items and track / follow up as needed
  • Contribute to the creation of information packs for the National Executive
  • Produce analysis of data sets as required to support PPC projects and planning
  • Exposure to executive level discussions and decisions making
  • Work with PA’s/other support roles to contribute to the leadership group
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the broader PPC team
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed


    Workforce of the Future

  • Participate as a core member of the ‘Workforce of the Future’ project within PPC
  • Drive and maintain project plan and registers for the overall project
  • Support project deliverables and own items of delivery
  • Assist with data analysis from the Faethm tool

  • Undergraduate Degree in HRM or equivalent
  • Interest in HR as a career path
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Analytical skills and comfortable with numbers
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Work autonomously and to tight deadlines
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
