KPMG's Transformation team within our Managed Tax Compliance Service Division (DDX), has recently been established to support the growth of KPMG’s tax compliance service offerings. The aim of the team is to drive the implementation of internal and external initiatives within the DDX and ensure high quality on-going services are provided to a number of our clients. As part of the transformation team, this role will support 3 main strategic goals. The first goal will be to support the delivery of our governance and account management for existing clients. The second goal is to work with the Transition team as a team members to support the on-boarding of new clients or implementations of change requests. The third goal is to help deliver the building of the DDX internal operational processes and efficiencies.

Your opportunity
You will be exposed to a wide variety of day-to-day tasks, whilst working directly and autonomously with our clients, including:

  • Support the account management for DDX outsourcing clients, effectively supporting their transition into BAU operations.
  • Become skilled and oversee the support delivery of KPMG’s K-Central and T3 client tool.
  • Support the preparation of clients operational reporting, attending client meetings as required.
  • Prepare client billing as required.
  • Assist with delivery of projects, both internally and externally.
  • Help support technical oversight of client facing tools.
  • Work collaboratively with the technology team to communicate requirements and support technology roll-outs.
  • Support ad-hoc work request from DDX leadership.
  • Establish an internal KPMG network across our Advisory, Tax and Audit businesses to ensure the purpose of DDX are recognised and appreciated.

How are you extraordinary?

  • This role will suit a candidate with a minimum 2 years work experience with project management and technical skills.
  • Should possess basic skills to be able to understand the implementation of technology solutions and excellent attention to detail. Tax acumen would be favourably considered.
  • Needs to be able to be articulate with clients, including in written form particularly when communicating on a project, its construct and its status.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel.
