Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Associate Director to join our People & Change team in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide support and leadership across a number of different opportunities and projects; utilising your knowledge and experience to provide strategic advice and support.

Our experienced People & Change advisors work with government and commercial organisations to provide solutions and advice that hit the core of any organisation – people. We provide support and guidance on change management, organisational design, workforce planning, culture, corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement, leadership capability development, HR optimisation and workplace relations.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience will include: 

  • Have strong advisory, business development and client relationship skills, with a minimum of two years in a client or otherwise external facing environment;
  • Demonstrable experience delivering transformation programs, running concurrent smaller projects (5-15 people) or in delivering project streams for large scale change programs;

and

    • Deep experience in strategic organisational reviews inclusive of knowledge and understanding of current state Operating Model assessment and future state Operating Model design, organisational design and job/role design; and
    • Broad Organisational Development skillset in various aspects of the value chain:
      • people strategy design
      • organisational and people capability evaluation and design
      • talent management strategy, processes and tools
      • strategic workforce planning, workforce transformation and people analytics  

or:

    • Excellent knowledge of change strategy, change management and implementation in the context of ICT system implementation; and
    • Experience working across multiple vendor programmes.

      Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are highly advantageous. You should also be an Australian Citizen in order to obtain a government security clearance.
