People & Culture Administrator - 9 month contract - flexible hours

If you answer “yes” then please read on...A 9 month maternity leave contract has arisen for a People & Culture Administrator in the Grant Thornton Australia National People & Culture (P&C) team based in Sydney. Ideally this will be a 30 hour per week role over 4 or 5 days and the role can be adapted to fit flexible working.

This role requires you to be resourceful and extremely well organised and have a flair for systems and processes. In this role you will:

  • Deliver seamless P&C administration services for various offices across Australia as part of a newly formed shared services team. Tasks include employee onboarding & offboarding, variations of employment, benefits and recognition program administration, employee documentation management
  • Provide customer centric advice and resolve general HR queries relating to P&C administration
  • Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and processes as the shared service structure is embedded
  • Constantly assess and drive improvements to how we do things so we continue to deliver exceptional services to our P&C, Finance and IT colleagues and also create a great experience for our people
