Sales Operations Associate


FlexCareers is looking for a highly motivated and savvy Sales Operations Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will support our sales & business development functions and will be based in our Sydney office. This is a fast paced & varied role requiring you to demonstrate a proactive attitude and the ability to apply yourself to any challenge with initiative & enthusiasm. You will have previous sales experience and be methodical and process driven.

As our Sales Operations Associate you will execute on strategic and tactical initiatives that directly contribute to increasing client sales, engagement and improve overall operational efficiency. You are passionate about customer success, motivated to support a world class sales organisation and positively impact strategic goals.

You will have a keen eye for optimising sales systems and processes to enable sales effectiveness and increase revenue, while championing the voice and success of the customer.

You are a motivated individual and have a relentless drive to achieve operational excellence. You are a problem solver, a great communicator and know the importance of getting the details right. 

Duties

  • Manage the digital sales fulfilment process
  • General reporting for leadership and sales team
  • Client meeting preparation for sales team including setup & creation of assets, dashboards and reports
  • Assist with designing and creating proposals for the sales team
  • Accounts receivable
  • Assist with inbound sales requests via our help center

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years experience in a SaaS based sales environment
  • Self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
  • Solutions driven with a passion for customer success
  • A high level of comfort with CRMs and a natural instinct for detailed documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and can demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for your work
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with ability to prioritise
  • Experience in a professional environment essential
