Small financial planning office seeks Administrative assistant for admin duties and risk insurance support
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- 2 years' experience or more working in a financial planning/ Risk insurance office
- Strong working knowledge of Xplan
- A strong understanding of risk insurance, including quotation systems, the application process, new business processing & claims handling.
- A well-spoken & polite demeanour
- Able to work in a small office environment
- Easy going and flexible
- Good eye to detail
- Quick thinker
- Ability to update the business social media will be well received
Office Administration for retail life insurance and Superannuation, includes answering phones, emailing clients and companies, problem solving.
