Senior Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Consultant – Canberra (Contract Role until 30 June 2019)

The opportunity

We are looking to appoint a Senior Consultant to our internal Recruitment and Talent Sourcing team in Canberra to support our Advisory practice. Sourcing great candidates isn’t always easy, and in this role you’ll need to be creative and comfortable speaking with both active and passive candidates.  This is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills, build on your career, and help to grow a global network. It’s a rewarding role that will stretch you on a daily basis, within a fun and supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Working with a group of senior internal stakeholders to make key hires within Advisory Services
  • Identifying, headhunting and phone screening prospective candidates
  • Reviewing and shortlisting applications and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Working with the Advisory Recruitment Lead and Talent Sourcing Lead to plan and execute recruitment campaigns
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience across entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from identification through to on-boarding
  • Outstanding relationship management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Able to work autonomously and manage your own talent pools and portfolio of work
