Senior Marketing Coordinator - Perth (12 month contract)

The opportunity

Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you will directly support and promote our brand and reputation in the Herth geographic market. Supporting the largest local mar% ket within our Australian operations, the Herth BMC team enables our local partners to build brand, relationships and reputation deploying multiple channels and in multiple industry segments.


Your key responsibilities

  • You will manage execution across channels as required (eg, client event and staff events, thought leadership, industry sponsorships, direct marketing, social and digital channels).
  • You will act as convenor and enabler alongside BMC colleagues, partners and staff of the firm in their roles as subject matter experts and client-serving professionals.
  • You will contribute proactively to the team marketing effort to continuously support a distinctive brand in the market, coming forward with ideas and the enthusiasm to investigate and apply best practice.
  • You will implement and share best practice marketing processes within the firm.
  • You will liaise and negotiate with internal (eg our facilities, catering and AV teams) and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop expert knowledge in and provide support for wider users of our internal technology platforms and CRM

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Experience in professional services or B2B environment
  • A qualified professional with a minimum 4 years of experience in event planning, management and execution in a variety of sizes and formats
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English)
  • Experience in writing invitations and other external facing materials
  • Ability to be self-motivated, solution focused, and experienced at managing internal and external client relationships at all levels
  • High aptitude and familiarity with e-marketing and use of online tools
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong negotiating skills, particularly with external suppliers / third parties
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team and to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Previous GEMA and CRM experience
