About the Opportunity
 
As an experienced RSA Archer professional, you will know how to help client’s identify, design, implement and extract value from their Archer solution and supporting business processes.  You will help clients make ‘better decisions’ and work with our clients on their most important challenges relating to:

  • strategic risk management
  • business and process controls transformation
  • program and project risk management
  • enterprise governance, risk and control (GRC) technology enablement
  • vendor and contract risk management; and
  • IT risk management

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Working on Archer implementations across the full system development life cycle including capture of requirements, configuration, data migration, testing and deployment
  • Supporting the delivery of IT strategy, governance and risk management reviews as well as providing recommendations for improvement and implementation support;
  • Working effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience (Senior Consultant) or 4+ years’ experience (Manager) in the design and development of the RSA Archer Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solution
  • Experience should cover the complete system development life cycle including capture of requirements, configuration of the Archer system, data migration, testing and deployment
  • Experience with RSA Archer GRC environment including: administration, reporting, work flows, dashboards, notifications, related applications and feeds
  • The following additional skills will also be an advantage:
    • Experience with Agile software delivery methods
    • RSA Archer Certified Administrator
    • Experience with Reporting or BI tools
