About the opportunity
Our People Advisory Services Transactions practice supports clients in Australia and the Asia Pacific region to support clients through mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and divestments.
As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with EY teams across our diverse range of services, work with a broad range of clients and have access to a worldwide transactions team to solve HR and business issues. Your reputation will grow as you plan and deliver strategic HR projects and work with a diverse range of colleagues and clients. Typical assignments involve an analytical and commercial approach to Human Resources for due diligence, deal negotiations, divestment and separation, outsourcing, day one readiness and post-merger integration. This role will deliver large and small, complex client engagements that identify, design and implement M&A services for a wide variety of organisations.
