The opportunity
We are currently looking for an exceptional Director with specific experience in HR Transformation enabled through HR technology and Organisational Design at the project, portfolio and enterprise levels, and with Change Management experience in large scale organisational transformation. If you are a natural leader with a proven ability to apply core consulting and project management skills in engagement settings, and are passionate about contributing to the latest thinking and practices in transformational change, then EY is the place for you. 
Your key responsibilities
In your role you will work within a team and play a key role in the delivery of broad HR functional solutions in some or all of the following:
•            Building and managing high performance teams
•            Build sales leads, develop winning proposals and help close deals
•            Develop thought leadership and influence clients 
•            Deliver Innovative HR solutions to drive organisational performance
•            Awareness of HR Technology strategy, selection, implementation or business enablement advice
•            Scope, design and implement HR Transformation, including HR operating models and processes
•            Intelligent automation for HR function processes
Skills and attributes for success
As our ideal candidate you will be or have worked in a Management consulting firm and wanting to take the next step to deepen your experience with a global leader in HR transformation and Change, or; You are working for a major corporate in the design and delivery of Change and transformation programs, and wanting to build your career in consulting with a global leader in HR transformation.
To qualify for the role you must have

  • Proven consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels;
  • Develop and pursue sales leads;
  • Strong exposure in HR Transformation or HR Operations
  • Extensive experience in project management of HR transformation within a large organisation;
  • Understanding of HR business challenges and how technology solutions can be deployed to support people management and improve business outcomes;

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience writing winning points of view or proposals;
  • Experience leading, coaching and supporting people to be part of high performing teams;
  • Excellent standard of oral and written communication.
