About the role
Our Northern and Western NSW homes are looking for Personal Care Attendants/Workers and Nursing Assistants to join the team immediately on Part-Time/Casual basis across a range of morning, afternoon and night shifts. Make a difference in the lives of our residents on a daily basis, ensuring well being and comfort and feel rewarded in the work you do.

At Estia Health, our team takes great pride in providing our residents with a great experience whilst in our care. As a Personal care attendant/AIN at Estia Health, you will be responsible for delivering the best possible care and support in all areas of daily living to ensure our residents’ well being and comfort.

We have immediate shifts for qualified PCAs/AINs with relevant work experience, ideally in an aged care setting.
  
About you
You’ll bring to the role your passionate and caring nature and you will have:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support (or equivalent) and have relevant work experience
  • Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
  • Compassion for the elderly and a can do attitude
  • Excellent clinical documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with your team and residents
  • The right to work in Australia
