It’s not often that you’ll see a talent acquisition team look to leverage the skills of a marketer. Here at Deloitte however, we recognise there’s more to engaging our audience than just a job description.
As such, our Talent Team are looking for a talented digital marketing professional to join us! We celebrate “what’s next?” and continually ask “why do we do that?” More specifically you’ll join our Digital Innovation Team – who have backgrounds in data, HR tech, recruitment and branding. We get a bit nervous with average and we perform at our best when faced with unique challenges. Fancy joining our crew and making an impact that matters?
So, this role…
You’ll use the Deloitte brand to get new talent knocking on our door and increase employee engagement within the firm. As it stands we have a defined talent brand strategy and we want you to bring it to life.
You’ll work on flagship talent campaigns such as marketing for our Graduate recruitment team, contractor portal – Open Talent Network, amongst many other initiatives. You’ll be expected to dissect the complex array of segmented audiences we have, understand what unique value proposition resonates with each audience and infuse the campaign with this messaging.
About your experience
You’re someone who loves being in the detail of a marketing campaign but is also proactive in providing ideas to better its strategy. We’ve got a deluge of stuff (we’ll properly define stuff if we end up meeting) planned and huge interest from across the firm in seeing how much we can do.
Side note: While outlining who we are looking for has been a bit of fun and making sure you don't see Deloitte as a stuffy firm (we're not), this is actually a serious role.
