Senior Technology Consultant

Overall Purpose of the Job

Our Sydney Consulting practice is continuing to grow and we require the services of a Senior Consultant to support the Technology, Strategy and Architecture division.

Our focus is on delivering a full set of advisory and implementation services to enable IT to deliver true business value to our client’s business. Our main priority is to ensure that we are always able to help our clients align their business and technology strategies and to pursue these in a sustainable and supportive way.

Our technology consulting group portfolio has four clear areas of focus:

• establishing technology as a key enabler of business strategy through the development of pragmatic IT strategic plans
• shaping, building, integrating and deploying tailored technology solutions to enable businesses, such as information management systems and integrated supply chains
• helping IT organisations to achieve best in class performance which may involve embracing extended delivery capabilities such as outsourcing and offshore models
• delivering specific technology solutions which address specific business issues.


• Manage projects – develop and manage project plans, scope, variations, risk, and knowledge management
• Manage clients – build and manage relationships, interact with senior client stakeholders
• Leading a team to understand key business objectives and solutions including development of presentation and deliverable structures and dividing work into manageable pieces.
• Proposing technology solutions
• Defining functional requirements
• Delivering technical solutions
• Having accountability for the development and fulfillment of the engagement work plan -to time and budget

  • IT Strategy
  • IT Sourcing/Procurement
  • Enterprise and Solution Archtecture
  • Technology Business Management
  • Project Management

The minimum salary requirement for this role is AU $90,000 including 9.5% superannuation
