We have an opportunity in our Business Operations Organization. This team sits at the heart of Assurance and Advisory Change Management, Project Coordination, Financial Management and Skillset Training of both internal and client-facing practitioners.

So, what is the role?
As a Project Facilitator, you will provide dedicated support to Assurance & Advisory (“A&A”) engagement teams by assisting with the initiation, planning, execution and close of client projects. Facilitators also serve as a focal point for communication, escalation and best practice sharing while improving our quality of service delivery both internally & externally.

Key Responsibilities as an A&A Project Facilitator:

  • Support multiple teams from tops down in constructing a strong agile project plan to deliver results
  • Facilitate, support, monitor, report and facilitate weekly status checks through ‘Review Strategy’ rigor
  • Design, launch and iterate a robust framework to instil best behaviours and professional discipline
  • Ensure engagements in portfolio are delivered within scope, budget, timeframe with deviations escalated
  • Establish fast credibility, ownership and research-minded approach to support A&A strategy
  • Work with Quality and Risk teams to deliver streamlined robust outcomes aligned to Deloitte Legal Rules
Key Qualities of an A&A Project Facilitator:

  • Agile methodology experience is advantageous
  • Ability to hold conversations and extract information
  • Pay attention to detail and able to deal with data manipulation
  • Adjustable in changing environments – a self-starter
  • Logical in your approach to tasks with a thirst for discovery
  • Success in developing relationships as well as navigating multi-faceted environments
  • Strong Excel skills and data manipulation
  • Experience leading people is beneficial
