We’re looking for a mid-weight Designer to join the Creative Development arm of The Agency on an initial 6 month FTC.

What will your typical day look like?

Daily, you will:

  • Bring well crafted, idea-led design
  • Attend client briefings, brainstorms and contribute ideas on the best creative approach
  • Collaborate with fellow designers and stakeholders in both lead and support capacity
  • Build strong relationships with the The Agency team, Marketing Managers and stakeholders
  • Ability to push creativity within brand guidelines
  • Manage workload and stakeholder expectations through our digital platform Wrike

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You will have:

  • Design qualifications and experience of working on multiple projects in diverse teams.
  • A sound understanding and experience in artworking and print and digital production
  • High level experience in Ofiice products – Word and PPT as well as being proficient with Adobe Creative suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Excellent communicator and driven to produce the best stakeholder experience, guide clients through creative conversations.
