Leadership and Learning Coordinator (Sydney or Melbourne)

About the role:

As a Coordinator / Consultant (depending on experience) joining this team you will share our passion for the learner experience, commitment to the design and deployment of multiple platform learning solutions and yet be flexible to shift your focus between highly administrative tasks to other more diverse learning projects. This opportunity is perfectly suited to an individual who is in the early stages of their career and would like to take on an opportunity that will provide future opportunity for growth and career progression.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the delivery and coordination of our business unit graduate induction and learning programs, including the co-facilitation of sessions
  • Supporting the on boarding and induction of our lateral hires including updating our learning intranet pages
  • Managing the calendars and coordination of the national business unit curriculums
  • Organising all training logistics such as printing, catering, invitations, room bookings, post course evaluations and pre-work where required
  • Communicating to facilitators, attendees and internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, including managing the Leadership and Learning inboxes and intranet pages
  • Liaising with offshore colleagues to ensure accurate registration and attendance records in the Learning Management System
  • Providing regular reporting to our key stakeholders on key learning insights and how our learners are using multiple learning platforms
  • Creating program schedules and related learner communications
  • Assisting with learning program design, development and delivery using various mediums
  • Support broader Learning and HR teams on initiatives and strategic projects as required

You will be a tech savvy individual with advanced excel skills and a demonstrated experience building stakeholder relationships at all organisational levels.
