As a Director within our Human Capital practice with a focus on the healthcare sector, you will be expected to run all aspects of projects and manage teams in the delivery of exceptional client service.
We advise clients on a range of people related challenges including:
You will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements across our core services. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to identify and generate business development opportunities, by harnessing your established professional networks and building key relationships in the market.
An experienced Director with proven consulting experience, your problem solving mindset allows you to synthesise a wide range of information in to meaningful client solutions. You understand that sincere stakeholder relationships are the foundation of any successful project outcome, and strive to continuously enhance the ways in which you engage and influence those around you.
