What will your typical day look like?
You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of a national business unit-focused, best practice Mobility function. The role will be integral to our internal communications strategy, continuing to build a culture of mobility whilst elevating the profile and visibility of our mobility brand. You will work closely with the Mobility Leader to develop and execute strategic initiatives, with a unique opportunity to shape the overall Mobility strategy. Strong performance standards and service delivery to Business Units will be achieved through coaching and mentoring team members and providing expert technical advice. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand client project pipelines and resourcing requirements, acting as a trusted advisor in executing best practice Mobility.

The primary role of the Mobility team is to develop, manage, and advise on Global Mobility assignments, projects and programs and to engage our employees to develop the culture of mobility within the firm. This role is accountable for the best practice delivery of Mobility strategy and operations which drive superior outcomes for the Firm, our clients and our people. This is a unique opportunity in the market to work on traditional and client project mobility, with opportunity for career progression.

You are someone with:

• A strong background in mobility or come from a broader Human Resources background with a passion for mobility
• Collaboration and influencing skills needed to effectively advise senior leaders and Executives, and a passion for exceptional client service
• Strong operational experience, managing high performing teams in a fast paced environment
• Experience identifying opportunities in working with offshore teams, transition and implementation, to deliver efficient and effective solutions for local and broader teams
• High business advisory orientation and experience
• Experience in process improvement with proven results in transformation projects, qualifications in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management would be an advantage
• Experience in managing a flexible workforce and team to meet Business needs
• Financial management and performance
• Excellent problem solving skills and adept at navigating ambiguous situations
• Experience working in a multi-national, global team environment
• A thorough understanding of the complex operational nature of mobility, and first rate written and verbal communications skills are a prerequisite.
• Typically requires 5+ years of directly related experience, including people / process management experience
