About the role

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager to join the Melbourne team with a focus on strategic workforce planning and workforce optimisation. You will be responsible for providing consulting solutions in the areas of workforce optimisation, talent management and organisational transformation.

As a Senior Manager within our Human Capital practice, you will be expected to run all aspects of projects and manage teams in the delivery of exceptional client service..

You will play a pivotal part in developing your peers. Strong leadership and influencing abilities within the team and with external stakeholder groups will ensure your success in this position. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager who has worked across multiple business domains and has proven management consulting experience in the following disciplines:

  • workforce optimisation
  • talent management
  • organisational transformation
  • strategic and operational workforce planning.
