What will your typical day look like?

As a Digital Business Analyst you love to work in the world of digital products and services, working on the most innovative, challenging, and complex projects. You can walk in the shoes of the business and balance this with creating a cohesive customer experience. You bring together the business, technology and creative aspects of a project whilst working with medium and large teams to deliver successful products.

Your responsibilities include cross-functional business analysis with a focus on technical projects working on project strategy, design and delivery. This is a key leadership role with a collaborative focus working with client stakeholders in delivering high quality outcomes for clients.

You are someone with:

  • Communication skills which enable you to work closely with clients and key stakeholders to understand the core problems and define and document detailed requirements around their digital products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills which enable you to run and facilitate requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and technical SMEs to understand current and future business processes, systems behaviours and align with customer insights and needs.
  • Excellent business acumen and self-awareness that ensures your recommendations on the technology and delivery approach are sound.
  • Critical reasoning skills which enable you to conceptualise functional and technical specifications and acceptance criteria for digital products.
  • Excellent written communication skills that allow you to clearly document the requirements and solutions in ways which are easily understood by business and technology teams.
  • Experience working closely with the UX and UI teams to support the production of design assets such as wireframes and creative visualisations.
  • Experience working with agile delivery teams during both design and development sprints, working closely with the development and testing teams to clarify requirements, QA test scripts, and report risks and issues to the project team and client stakeholders.
  • Previous experience which includes using ticket management tools.
  • Experience that includes working with Content Management Systems (desired but not essential).
  • Previous experience which includes acting as a scrum master for the execution of technical implementation projects (desired but not essential).
