Join our Deloitte Managed Solutions team as they design, implement and manage high quality, cost efficient remediation programs and complaint handling operations.

What will your typical day look like?

No two days are the same in Deloitte Managed Solutions (DMS) as we offer services in operational delivery and technical remediation and complaints handling work. We provide these services using the most up to date technology innovation to provide market-leading solutions.

As a Senior Manager in the DMS practice, you will lead large scale operational engagements.

Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will play a critical role in designing, setting-up and delivery of the operational set up and infrastructure of a large scale regulatory project. Honing in on your program management expertise, you will support senior operational leadership and work together to ensure that operational tasks align with best practice and budget.

You can also expect to:

  • Take the lead on the design and implementation of operational solutions for our clients.
  • Lead and manage key client relationships.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, develop and upskill the wider team for operational excellence on the project.

In Deloitte Managed Solutions (DMS), we operate remediation programs to help clients facing increased regulatory and public scrutiny get back on their feet.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:

  • A background in Financial services industry (preferred, but not essential)with exposure to remediation, large scale operations , complaint handling, claims processing and conduct risk reviews in Australia
  • Project Management skills including project planning, forecasting and budgeting
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability and drive to deliver high quality outcome and a scalable operational delivery progra
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions that benefit the business and gain efficiencies within the operating model of the program
  • Building and maintaining various operational and financial reports
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide strategic direction to client stakeholders and project staff
