About you

Our practice is growing and we’re keen to speak with experienced SAP SuccessFactors Managers. To succeed you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • SAP Technical consultant having led end-to-end project experience in SAP SuccessFactors either with:
    • Employee Central (Core Hybrid or Full cloud)
    • Talent only (Talent Hybrid)
  • Experience in SuccessFactors integration both using the standard out of box integrations (Productised) as well as developing custom integrations using one or both of:
    • Dell Boomi
    • SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
  • Good understanding of SuccessFactors APIs – both SOAP based as well as ODATA
  • General understanding around data migration into SuccessFactors
    • Employee details for Employee Profile
    • Employee Central related objects
    • Talent related objects
    • Recruiting and Onboarding related objects
    • Learning (LMS) related objects
  • General understanding of Single Sign-on with SuccessFactors and security settings
  • Understanding around SAP Cloud Connector would be beneficial but not essential
