What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Manager within our Human Capital practice, you will be expected to run all aspects of projects and manage teams in the delivery of exceptional client service.

· Serve as the SAP Asset Initiative Lead for the Global Consulting Asset portfolio, focused on commercializing existing SAP assets and serving as the primary Global Asset Team point person engaging with the SAP team on the big bet investment
· Define and implement processes to stand-up a dedicated SAP Assets and Solutions Group (ASG)
· Provide advisory and coordination support to the SAP Asset Team on an ongoing basis, ensuring progress, decision-making, risks and mitigation strategies are defined and assets are aligned to global asset management frameworks
· Partner with SAP to define asset roadmap to be supported by Global Asset program
· Drive increased connectivity between SAP asset teams and clients and industries teams across regions and Member Firms to expand cross-border opportunities and drive asset-enabled wins
· Work with the SAP Asset Teams and GTM leaders in-market to scope the market, understand competitive landscape including comparative features, functions, pricing, and business models, and analyze how the prospective asset(s) fits into the market
· Establish governance structure, define roles/responsibilities, and establish cadence for regular interactions with the investing Member Firms and other key stakeholders
· Manage interactions with external SAP contacts, facilitating leadership discussions, negotiating agreements as needed, and driving progress on co-development, go-to-market, and marketing activities
· Define success metrics, establish benefits tracking processes, and manage KPIs and executive reporting
· Manage the budget, pipeline, and other related financials for the SAP investment
· Support the SAP Asset Team in navigating cross-border processes and connecting with appropriate SMEs (i.e., Technology, Legal, Finance, Talent, etc) across the practice
· Help to define and oversee key development gates around commercialization initiatives for SAP assets supported by the Global Consulting Asset program

We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked across multiple business domains and has proven consulting experience with 15 years+ of relevant experience:

Skills

· Strong core competency skills – program oversight, portfolio management, structured problem solving, senior stakeholder engagement, executive communications, workshop facilitation, verbal and written communication, strategic initiative governance, leadership, and team management
· Experience aligning decisions and facilitating leadership discussions across the Deloitte network structure
· Experience executing strategic initiatives across industries and/or offerings
· Technology literacy and ability to translate between business leaders and technical teams developing assets
· Experience developing investment business cases and overseeing asset development across global teams
· Ability to effectively interact with and manage external (non-Deloitte) stakeholders around asset co-development, joint go-to-market activities, and deal structuring
· Familiarity with performance management and executive reporting, to include overseeing KPIs, opportunity pipeline, and investment impact tracking
· Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
· Ability to anticipate and drive mitigation around program risks

Other Qualifications

· Previous market/client-facing experience and leadership on client pursuits/selling, including cross-border experience
· Knowledge and previous experience as a Product Lead/Manager
· Familiarity with Deloitte solutions and products across the globe
· Established relationships with key stakeholder groups (e.g., Asset leadership, Legal, Risk, etc) that can be leveraged to execute the requirements of the role
· Familiarity/experience with Deloitte’s SAP alliance and/or SAP offerings
· Familiarity with Deloitte’s Global Delivery Center Network
· Familiarity with Deloitte organization and proven ability to navigate and coordinate across networks
