By caring about the person on the other end of a claim, the team deliver great service and thoughtful, thorough investigations. All with positivity, empathy and fairness. They think (and work) fast. And when they see an opportunity to deliver extra, they take it. To help customers when they need us most, they have to.

What you’ll do

  • Assess & investigate a portfolio of Claims
  • Analyse information from varying sources
  • Communicate Claims outcomes to customers (both the good and the bad)
  • Deliver a highly empathetic Customer Service experience

What we need

  • Experience in delivering empathetic Customer Service
  • An eye for detail and information
  • You will be comfortable working at pace
  • Initiative and drive to do the best by your customer
  • You always deliver your targets
