To support our increasing workload and a robust future growth strategy we are inviting applications from suitably skilled and experienced Contracts Managers / Administrators to join a high performing team at our prestigious Docklands office in Melbourne. We would like to hear from career-minded industry professionals at the mid part of the career spectrum who can demonstrate the tenacity to succeed and be part of our success.

The preferred candidates will have worked in a Contract Management or Contract Administration capacity in one or more of the above sectors, ideally within a similar professional services or consultancy environment. Client-side project management experience would also be highly regarded but not essential. 

An ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or significant practical experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Accuracy and solid attention to detail performing Measurements and Drawing take offs
  • Procurement of pricing from suppliers
  • Cost plans and reporting
  • Working knowledge of various methods of measurement.
  • Applying an understanding of construction/engineering project management principles to support the delivery of solutions of varying complexity.
  • Managing work programs and forecasting to ensure that they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes and specifications.
  • The ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
