Our Personal & Business Banking Team is our frontline division with a focus on delivering on our customers' needs by providing quality products and excellent service. We deliver these tailored outcomes & solutions through a variety of channels including Stores, Private Banking, Contact Centre, Digital, Third parties (including Brokers) and Relationship Management across Small Business, SME Business, Corporate, Property and Specialist teams.

Our Denmark Branch is currently seeking a Customer Consultant to join the team on a Part Time, 27.5 hour per week basis. As a Customer Consultant you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing efficient, accurate and quality solutions across all customer segments. In addition to;

  • Offering new solutions or service opportunities for customers including referrals to other specialists.
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with transactional banking services, including self-service and over the counter.
  • Proactively retaining customers through conversations in-store and via outbound calling initiatives.
  • Participating in community engagement and business development events.

What does a Customer Consultant look like?

  • An individual with strong judgement and high focus on customer service
  • Previous experience managing customer relationships
  • A person enjoys working towards a common goal within a team.
