Consumer Sales Support Analyst (12 month FTC)


The role is to provide excellent compliance and administration support to Distribution in accordance with the business unit’s objectives to maximise operational efficiency/effectiveness allowing Distribution Team to focus on delivering their sales and revenue targets. 

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for the end-to-end process of Introducer and Representative registrations.

  • Reporting around current business partnerships register via Accreditation database.

  • Submitting documentation for invoicing and reporting purposes

  • Coordinate all control function of Sales & Distribution to ensure compliance with global/regional/country/departmental policies and procedures.

  • Manage and administer  the annual review on NBRs and Introducers , Accreditation Database management,  Broker Watchlist

  • Managing on-boarding and Termination for Brokers, Introducers and Referrers.

  • Coordinating document filing both Digital for Broker and L15 Compactus / Iron Mountain - NBR and Introducer.

  • Backup for Commission Support Analyst.

  • Rationalise and automate processes where possible.

  • Projects participation where required.

Requirements

  • Tertiary / T.A.F.E.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint

  • Intermediate VBA

  • Working knowledge of Banking’s compliance/control policies and procedures

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, use initiative and work pro-actively

  • Analysis/Problem Solving Skills/Attention to detail

  • Solid process, vendor and project management experience

  • Dedication to work/meet objectives & deadlines
