UX Design Specialist


This role will be responsible for the UX/UI design for all Cbus digital channels including website, portals and mobile apps.  It will also apply knowledge of best practice in UX/UI Design and enforce the governance policy to ensure the integrity and consistency of the customer facing platforms. This includes, but is not limited to UX, UI and SEO.
This position will primarily be responsible for UX Design, Content Management and support for the development and implementation of the channel strategy in relation to digital channels.
  
The successful candidate with have significant experience in UX/UI design or similar as well as an advanced understanding of and experience in the application of Adobe CMS and other digital delivery platforms.  You will have UX experience working within a program of continuous optimisation; solid experience in DEO through copy and site structure as well as fully conversant with web analytics such as Adobe and Google Analytics.
  
Your ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise effectiveness of online owned properties coupled with strong project management skills will be integral to success in this role.
