Technical Analyst - Integrations (MuleSoft)


We are on a transformation journey here at Cbus and as a result are seeking the expertise of a technical analyst who has excellent knowledge across MuleSoft.

Working as part of the Integrations team, you will complete all the usual tasks of a technical analyst including:

  • elicit relevant information to translate requirements into accurate user stories and process flows
  • elicit relevant information to translate requirements into accurate user stories and process flows
  • document user stories with acceptance criteria
  • facilitate workshops
  • create and maintain diagrams for integrations
  • produce accurate integration mapping documents
  • provide functional support to the developers.

With previous experience as an agile BA working on several technical projects, complimented with your understanding across MuleSoft, you have strong analytical skills and can bridge the gap between the business requirement and the technology solution.  You have excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE, REST and SOAP as well as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.

You are proactive and very organised, and you thrive on working in a collaborative environment. You enjoy working with people and you’re able to effectively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders whilst building great relationships and can take accountability for delivering quality outcomes.
