Social and Content Specialist

In this role will be responsible for developing the social channels to support brand engagement, acquisition, retention and other business initiatives. The position will assist in the development, maintenance and delivery of online marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for driving the social channels, that will create and cultivate the community for members, employers and other audiences. The role also encompasses content ideation, editing and copywriting across all platforms (website, mobile apps, social, advertising and email).

You will provide input into Social media strategy and develop Social media plans to build Cbus presence in the online community across channels, and work with multiple stakeholders to develop and produce content across social media platforms ensuring all wording is approved within our governance framework.
You will manage our Facebook community, Linked In and support other teams with Twitter as required, and coordinate incoming enquiries from the different social channels through to the appropriate team.
It is expected that you have the ability to work with all levels of the Fund, with well-developed interpersonal skills to liaise across the Fund and its strategic partners as required.

You will have demonstrated hands-on expertise in social media management, copywriting expertise with ability to create new content based on briefs and experience writing briefs for social media to achieve business objectives.
You will enjoy working as part of a highly collaborative team and be able to develop your role and have input into the wider digital marketing team.
