Senior RAP Adviser


Cbus believes in the cause of reconciliation and is committed to making a contribution towards social change and economic opportunities for our First Nations People. The Cbus (Reflect) RAP was launched in December 2017 as a first step in the journey to reconciliation.
  
At Cbus our members are central to how we operate, and we aim to do everything we can to meet their needs. Our Cbus RAP aims to understand and meet the needs of all our members.The Senior RAP Adviser will support the Cbus RAP Indigenous Working Group (IWG) in the delivery of its RAP priorities.
  
Part of the Brand, Advocacy and Product team the Senior RAP Adviser will work closely with other stakeholders across the organisation. The Senior RAP Adviser will also be responsible for managing the development of the next Cbus (Innovate) RAP and continue working with organisations to nurture culture which builds meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
  
In this newly created role, the Senior RAP Adviser will help enrich the relationships we have with our First Nations People through meaningful and sustained interactions and activities based on our shared values of respect and collaboration.
