Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for establishing and leading a major transformation program of work encompassing end to end delivery of all aspects of the program, including delivery of new capability into the business, management of program risk and monitoring of the benefits.

You will ensure projects are focused on achieving business benefits and actions are put in place to measure business benefit realization in line with Cbus strategy.

You will drive, lead and manage our transformation program and have proven ability to manage complex change at pace to increase efficiency and improved outcomes for Cbus, ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders.

You will provide leadership for the transformation program through an effective and robust program and project management culture through the Enterprise PMO.

You will have experience of working at a Program Director level in a complex environment, managing multiple transformation projects encompassing both business and technology with a range of stakeholders. This Program will have a significant change impact on our fund so you will have proven experience in managing similar programs and be able to bring people on the change journey.

It is expected that you will have experience of translating strategy into delivery through plans, programs, people and culture, with a proven track record of strategically aligning financial resources with people resources, technology and other assets to achieve desired strategic outcomes.
