Procurement Category Manager - Process and Systems


As we continue our journey to evolve procurement at Cbus, we are seeking an experienced Category Manager - Process & Systems who will advocate the procurement strategy and support the development of enablement tools, processes and capability for the procurement team and wider Cbus business.

Key to this role will be taking product ownership of procurement systems and tools, providing Subject Matter Expertise in relation to third party oversight, SLM and SRM framework initiatives through the business and develop and implement policies and procedures which support the business strategy; maximising benefits and value as well as educating the business on best practice, creating a positive impact. In addition to this, Cbus would look to you to leverage your skills in supporting direct procurement activities where capacity allows.

A self-starter, you are proactive and thrive on working in a collaborative environment.  You have a strong focus on planning and execution, and well-developed relationship building and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong negotiating and contract management experience. You will have a proven subject matter expertise in Source to Pay and SLM/SRM, along with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing procurement and category strategies.
