Marketing Analyst (Employer Marketing & Comms)

The Employer Marketing Analyst is a new role within the Employer Marketing and Communications team. The role will be focused on supporting growth and retention activities by providing data analysis, insights and reporting. You will provide a deeper understanding of superannuation, market and employer data and trends to increase the effectiveness in our marketing and communication activities. The role will also be responsible for end-to-end campaign analysis, starting from the review and extraction of employer data to analysis and reporting against business outcomes. You will also manage team reporting, the CRM and other key system responsibilities for the team.

This role will be required to work closely with the Business Insights and several other teams across Cbus, so the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships will be critical.

You will be an experienced marketing analyst with strong analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills and have worked with data warehouses and/or marketing CRM systems. You have the ability to deal with large and complex data sets and be able to articulate analytical requirements and findings in common non-technical terms.

You are required to have a tertiary qualification in a numeric or business discipline and experience in B2B marketing and the Financial Services sector will be highly regarded. Any previous experience in using the Adobe Marketing Cloud, SQL, SPSS, Tableau or visual analytics would be highly regarded.
