Compliance Lead

The Compliance Lead will be responsible for supporting delivery of the compliance framework and compliance requirements of the Fund within the Governance and Compliance Team covering Trustee Office activity; data management; Privacy policies and associated processes; and superannuation operations. Activity for this role includes responsibility for the privacy program and other assigned compliance framework programs, handling inquiries from Fund staff a range of superannuation and financial services requirements, preparation of Board Committee and management reporting, and investigation of matters including incidents and complaints.

This will involve maintenance of core compliance governance arrangements, policies and procedures to ensure the Fund’s Compliance Framework and other programs are operating effectively; maintenance of the Privacy Compliance Framework including the related policies and procedures covering all aspects of how personal information is captured, used, and distributed, oversight of the Policy Framework and partnering with IT security, Data Governance; and Risk Management to address privacy related matters.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge and understanding of privacy obligations and interrelating requirements with industry exposure of financial services highly regarded. You will also have advanced analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
