About the position:
The West Gate Tunnel Project is Australia’s largest Infrastructure Project and Aurecon, along with its Joint Venture partner Jacobs, is looking for a CAD Manager for the detailed design phase which runs until December 2019. With a CAD team of over 70 people across civil, structural, M&E and Buildings disciplines located in 10 countries, this is a significant career defining role for someone who likes a challenge.
This role will report through to the Digital Information Manager who sits on the Joint Venture Leadership team and will act as their 2IC on the project. As such, this role will require high levels of communication, management and technical skills in equal measure.
What we are looking for:
We are keen to hear from senior professionals who have experience managing multidisciplinary drafting & modelling teams who are keen to take on a leadership role on a once in a generation project. You will also need to be comfortable working in a diverse, complex and multi-disciplinary environment which will also be quite fast paced.
