Service Management will ensure Bankwest is operationally excellent and provide a clear, transparent picture of operational performance for Bankwest's business and technical services. We focus on making sure unplanned impacts to our customers are kept to a minimum and drive learning from our experience. We ensure Tribe and Platform owners have all the information needed to continually improve and deliver great service 24x7.

What Success looks like

You'll manage a team of Service Delivery Managers and Reporting Analysts. Our Service Delivery Managers will provide advice, guidance and support to our Tribes, Platforms and 3rd parties to ensure consistent service performance. The Reporting Analysts will support the Service Delivery Managers in their role and provide transparency of process performance across the organisation.  

The Service Delivery and Reporting Manager has the following responsibilities:

Your team will be responsible for ensuring Tribes and Platforms have a clear understanding of operating performance, issues and risks associate with the systems they are accountable for. You will support them in their understanding and use of our Service Management processes and provide them with a transparent view of their areas of accountability.

  • Help to identify and find solutions for problems and help them reduce the level of risk associated with making change.
  • Ensure the Leadership teams have access to accurate and timely dashboards and reporting to support decision making.
  • You will have line management responsibilities for your team, including budget, recruitment, managing performance, coaching and support.
  • Business Relationship management process, service reporting.

  • Strong Service Delivery background.
  • Be comfortable leading a team of Service Delivery Managers to achieve goals.
  • Understand the importance of strong metrics in managing service performance.
  • Experience with Recruitment, Coaching and managing budgets.
  • Qualifications in ITIL or similar.
