Project Co-ordinator - Telecommunications


Our Melbourne office requires a Project Coordinator to join our Telecommunications team working with a diverse, professional team.

 You will be responsible for the provision of financial and administrative assistance across the project lifecycles, including:

  • Project Financial consolidation and management
  • Strong involvement in overall project budget coordination and reconciliation
  • Invoicing of project milestones and expenses
  • Maintenance and organisation of project databases and information
  • Document Control
  • Coordination of document uploads and date tracking on web based project management system
  • Report preparation

Applicants shall possess the following attributes:

  • Experience with financial management and invoicing
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy
  • A positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure
  • Experience in telco projects or large programs of work will be highly regarded

You must be a team player ready to turn your hand to any number of tasks while keeping projects running smoothly.

You will naturally be highly organised, able to multi task and prioritise tasks in order to hit deadlines.
