Aurecon has a successful Advisory practice which helps clients improve the performance of their business and create value. Our clients are from the public and private sectors, and our projects are primarily asset related - community, education, health, defence and transport.

Aurecon has a proud heritage of design excellence and delivery of complex projects. We have built our brand from that foundation and the trust our clients place in us. We describe what we stand for as "Bringing Ideas to Life" which reflects our belief that what we do best is to help clients bring their ideas to reality. Our "Just Imagine" initiative reflects our aspiration to help our clients become future ready and our design thinking strategy is an important part of this initiative.

We are investing in our global Advisory offering based on our committed projects plus a healthy pipeline of opportunities. To deliver on the increasing workload and a robust future growth strategy we would like to hear from Urban Planners, Environmental Scientists and Environmental Engineers (recent graduates in NSW only) with an interest in Infrastructure and/or the Built Environment to join our team in Neutral Bay and work towards becoming technically proficient consultants and future leaders.

Our Emerging Professionals Program, endorsed by the relevant industry bodies, will develop your skills and knowledge to become a recognised professional in your field. Our program is designed to help guide and develop our graduates into successful technical consultants, focusing on self-management, client relationships, financial skills, business acumen and project leadership.

You will become a valued member of a growing team, with an opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure projects in transport, commercial, education, health and defence sectors. Projects are often large in size and regarded as prestigious throughout the industry.

We believe a career is not just a job; it's a collection of experiences you gain through professional networks, working with current technologies and expanding your knowledge base. All this while working on a broad range of projects and the possibility of local, interstate and international travel within a globally collaborative business.

Alignment with the Aurecon Attributes is also vital - co-creative, commercial, sense-maker, inquisitive, engaging, resourceful, fearless and unconventional thinking.
