As a Digital Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting digital engineering across the Snowy 2.0 Owners team. You'll work closely with our Owner's Team and Contractor to ensure that Employers Requirements are met, contributing to the success of this landmark project.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide guidance to BIM across programs, to support key activities such as staff training, design development, stakeholder engagement and project delivery
- Co-develop and implement BIM processes and data schemas to manage information and BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Report on project implementation of the BIM, reporting on progress, cost, quality and technical issues that will contribute to the performance and continual improvement of BIM
- Assuring high-quality digital engineering deliverables across complex, interdisciplinary projects in a timely and cost effective manner
- Acting as a champion for change, providing digital engineering subject matter expertise and training to drive innovation and increase digital outcomes on projects
- Engaging with project stakeholders and service providers to ensure a common implementation and alignment of BIM and how it supports all stages of the project lifecycle
We're looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and extensive experience in similar roles, preferably in the energy and/or construction industry.
- Demonstrated technical experience with CAD and BIM processes to support effective communication, coordination and information exchange between project stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing BIM specifications, standards, procedures and technology in collaboration with design consultants, subcontractors and project delivery teams.
- Demonstrated expertise with CAD and BIM Software and technologies like Revizto, Aconex, Navisworks and/or Revit.
- Experience of working in the hydro-electricity industry would be advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge and experience using industry standard in BIM
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision when required, with a flexible attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
